Well, we may have come away empty-handed from the Trafford Business Awards last Friday, but we still had a fantastic time at the black-tie bash.
Great food, plenty of drink, and fascinating speeches throughout the night from special guests, including Graham Brady, MP for Altrincham and Sale West, and Barbara Hallwood, chief executive of Altrincham and Sale Chamber of Commerce.
We faced stiff competition in the Start-up Business of the Year award category, which attracted the most entries of the competition. Congratulations to eventual winners The Home Supermarket Ltd.
Ah well, there’s always next year.
